It’s been about 20 years since I finished Le Cordon Bleu in London. Since then I’ve done various cooking stints at restaurants and catering in Southern California. Then in 2016 a friend of mine convinced me to start a cookie business. I tinkered around with dozens of different recipes and sold thousands of cookies to hundreds of different people throughout Orange County, California and Los Angeles. I did farmers markets, cooking shows, conventions…you name it. Then I moved to my new home- Phoenix, Arizona- in the summer of 2019 and fell in love with Tempe, Mesa, Gilbert, Scottsdale, and Chandler. I decided to focus entirely on delivering my crazy cookies to the wonderful people of the East Valley and Phoenix Metro and to provide the most unique and affordable corporate gift boxes anywhere.
ABOUT OUR COOKIES
My philosophy on cooking is provide memorable intensity in each and every bite you take, whether it’s spaghetti or cookies. That’s why I created gems like Lemon Blast which are made with a just few ingredients: sugar, butter, eggs, flour, lemon zest, lemon oil, and lemon juice. But to get the blast of flavor in each bite you must have the freshest ingredients possible and you must have the skill and knowledge about what spices and flavorings go together. I’m also not really interested in making treats that you can find in any corner bakery like oatmeal raisin or snickerdoodle. I only create cookies that are unique and interesting like Chile Mango, Tangerine Blast, Coconut Guava, Apricot, and Sour Cherry with Chocolate Chips.
