I'VE ALWAYS HAD A LOVE FOR THE ARTS AND CREATIVE PROCESSES
Painting, writing songs – great cooking, to me, is simply the manifestation of this creative process through food.
After graduating from Le Cordon Bleu in 1999, I did what most culinary school graduates do – I worked in hotels and restaurants. In 2016, I decided to enter into the business of making cookies and selling them via farmers markets and social media. Although I still love the intensity and discipline of working in fine dining, seeing my customers enjoy a product that I’ve created from start to finish brings me even greater joy.
I love playing guitar, traveling, and still create wild, crazy dishes every now and then. This business is the ultimate extension of my desire to bring culinary art and magic to the public.
